The project
Considered from the ground up.
The Russell Lea renovation transformed the rear outdoor area with a new hardwood deck, covered pergola and paved patio that connect the back of the house to the yard and pool.
The subfloor was framed and levelled first, then hardwood decking was laid, fixed and finished, with steps built down to the yard. A new pergola roof was installed over the paved patio to create a covered outdoor living space.
The project also included site preparation, retaining walls and concrete work around the pool area, with the pool craned into position as part of the wider backyard renovation.
