Renovations and Extensions
The approach
Work that holds up
ORT Constructions renovates and extends existing homes across Sydney. We work on whole house renovations as well as single rooms, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.
Renovation work is unpredictable once walls come off, so we plan the sequence early, keep the site tidy and tell you what we have found before it becomes a cost surprise. One team runs the job from demolition through structural work, carpentry, fit out and finishing.
Recent renovation work includes a full internal and external renovation at Russell Lea covering a new kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and an inground pool, and an extension and renovation of existing premises at Werrington.
