The approach
Work that holds up
ORT Constructions provides excavation and earthworks for residential and commercial construction projects. From initial site preparation and bulk earthworks to detailed excavation for foundations, footings and services, the work is planned around the building that follows it.
Because we also build the slabs, frames and structures that sit on the ground we prepare, levels, set out and footing depths are checked against the approved drawings and engineering before excavation starts, not corrected afterwards.
Detailed excavation is the careful work close to existing buildings, boundaries and services, where accuracy matters more than speed. Service locations are identified before digging, and spoil removal is arranged where it forms part of the agreed scope.
